About Me
I was raised in the small town of Gravelbourg, Saskatchewan, then moved to the city for school and decided to stay! I first came to Saskatoon to attend the University of Saskatchewan. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. I, then, decided I wanted to get into massage therapy. I graduated from Professional Institute of Massage Therapy with Distinction.
I have always had an interest in learning about anatomy and the function of the human body. Massage therapy is the perfect way to continue learning every day! I also love that I get to help people feel better in their own bodies and help them heal and maintain good health.
Every treatment, I dedicate time for assessment prior to the treatment to ensure you are receiving a massage specific for you. After the treatment, I will go over some home care excercises with you. Massage is a way to help the body heal, home care is what helps maintain it long term.
